Learning is our core business. Learning is happening all the time from our Prep children to our graduating senior class. Learning is a life-long, life-wide journey that our students, staff and families take together, now and into the future.
Faith
A passionate and vibrant faith in Jesus Christ is evidenced in all that we do. It is our heart that students will experience the joy of a life lived for Jesus during their time at the College. The love of God leads us to love people and we value growing relationships.
Life
We aim to develop young people who are well equipped for the world in which they live. In a complex, challenging, ever-changing world, it is essential that our students are well prepared for the journey beyond their years at school.
Imago Dei and the Attributes of a Highlander
Imago Dei is a Latin term, uniquely applied to humans, meaning ‘made in the image of God’. It is the core ethic of Christianity which bestows on humans inherent value and dignity. Highlanders are God’s image bearers and therefore seek to understand that God calls humans into a relationship with Him, has created us to be His representatives to the rest of creation, and designed us to be His stewards of creation.
